I’m on a mission to turn injuries into comebacks – stronger, more powerful, unstoppable. 
As a sports physiotherapist, I’ve seen the grit it takes to rise from the ashes, and I’m all about fueling that fire.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me at the gym, chasing roads on my bike, or soaking in the peace of the mountains 
. These moments remind me that life’s too short to not live boldly.
I’m a firm believer that jewellery should sparkle as bright as your soul
