Return & Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only on eligible products.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Exchanges are applicable only in cases where:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect


Exchange Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory
    (The video must show the package being opened from start to finish without cuts, pauses, or edits)

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging

  • Exchange is permitted only for a product of equal or higher value

  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer

  • All exchange requests are subject to product availability

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the exchange request.


Additional Terms

  • Products once exchanged are not eligible for further exchange

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to photography lighting or screen resolution differences and shall not be considered defects

  • Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained

  • The final decision regarding exchange approval rests solely with the company
