We currently offer exchange only on eligible products.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Exchanges are applicable only in cases where:
The product is damaged during transit, or
The product has a manufacturing defect
Exchange Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
The customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory
(The video must show the package being opened from start to finish without cuts, pauses, or edits)The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging
Exchange is permitted only for a product of equal or higher value
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer
All exchange requests are subject to product availability
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the exchange request.
Additional Terms
Products once exchanged are not eligible for further exchange
Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to photography lighting or screen resolution differences and shall not be considered defects
Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained
The final decision regarding exchange approval rests solely with the company
